Remove the top plate, plug in your Sync-it device via a mini USB cable, then click "Connect & Upload".
Make sure no other apps (like Serial Monitor) are using the port, select 'CP2102 USB to UART Bridge Controller'
If you don't see the 'CP2102 USB to UART Bridge Controller', download the Silabs drivers from here:
